Jen began to practice yoga more devoutly when she discovered the benefits extended from physical health to mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well. She received her 200RYT in February of 2022 in Vinyasa studying under Sara Turk of Cherry Blossom Yoga using Ashtanga as the teaching model. She completed 30 CE hrs in kundalini through Brett Larkin in May of 2022 and her 300RYT in Kundalini, Ayurveda, Enneagram, and Lunar Cycles in May 2023 and is now a 500RYT through Yoga Alliance. Jen teaches kundalini, restorative, yin, gentle, and vinyasa style yoga.
She is a reiki practitioner Master Level Training in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki with World Peace Upgrade. She offers workshops (combining reiki with restorative yoga), future trainings, and private sessions.
